Overall it is a modern hotel and we appreciated the stay, the location was great in a side street next to the avenue. The building is new and the rooms are modern and nice styled with balconies as well as modern interiors. Overall fresh food, plus there is Taberna Iberica close by...

The room is very stuffy.

The building was attractive and my room was nice and quiet. It's just off a lovely tree-lined avenue, close to metro stations for easy airport access. I appreciated being able to store my bag until evening on the last day 🌳

Comfortable bed and helpful staff made it relaxing.

The shower leaked throughout the night, and noise from a bar across the street made sleep nearly impossible. The soundproofing was lacking. The thin glass door between the bedroom and bathroom offered zero privacy. The toiletries looked used with ripped labels, and the bedding had noticeable wear, including a bobbled duvet cover. The room didn't match the advertised quality and felt manufactured, rather than boutique. A disappointing experience for the price.

The location is perfect for exploring central Lisbon.

The room we stayed in had several issues. The bathroom reeked of mildew, which persisted despite cleaning efforts. The air conditioning struggled to function properly, requiring a long defrost period. Our room also lacked proper soundproofing, resulting in a noisy environment from the busy street.

The reception staff were cute and helpful. It's located conveniently between two metro stops. While I didn't try the breakfast, I appreciated the good service throughout my stay.

I had a great two-night stay. while the room was a bit less charming than the photos, I loved the cozy blankets and the 24-hour coffee service was a fantastic perk! I'd stay again!

The location is ideal for exploring the area, with easy access to shopping and transit. The staff maintained a positive attitude. The lack of proper closure on reception doors introduced some discomfort, affecting the atmosphere. A minor issue arose with room amenities not meeting expectations, which could be improved. Grilled meats were a standout at the dining options.

The staff were friendly and provided great local recommendations. The noise levels were quite high from the street, affecting sleep quality. A few details like outdated fixtures in the bathroom could use some attention. The highlight was definitely the homemade Belgian waffles for breakfast.

The food scene nearby is a delight. I couldn't get enough of the grilled meats at Quermesse Restaurante and the fresh flavors at Peixe Na Avenida, just a stone's throw away! Plus, the bed was beyond comfy, and I loved the easy access to public transport-just steps away from the metro.

The room had its quirks, like that weird faux wood floor and a view of a wall. The bathroom setup was a bit unconventional, with that semi-opaque glass door, and the shower leaked a bit too.
